"Working with great people to deliver great design that will enhance our local community’s experience of our city, that’s what drives me. "

Michael is passionate about working with great people to deliver exceptional design solutions which will enhance our local community’s experience of our city.

He relishes working with like-minded people in a team environment and prioritises the importance of understanding and meeting his clients’ needs.  His collaboration skills and technical expertise provide a strong breadth of skills across all the projects he leads.

Over the past 4 years, Michael has delivered a significant amount of Defence work. Before joining ADP, he was working on a combined Australia /Singapore Defence project worth $1B. The project involved a rigorous process-driven approach around key milestones, checklists, liaising with many different stakeholders across the different Defence Bases, and the project team and subject matter experts.

With over 13 years of industry experience, Michael has worked in Melbourne and Perth on several landmark projects before joining ADP. These include the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) and the refurbishment of Dumas House in Perth. Recent local Queensland experience includes 1 William St, ASMTI & Land 121 Defence projects and multiple projects at Eagle Farm Racecourse, including Mirvac’s Ascot Green as part of the precinct redevelopment.
