Designed by Leffler Simes Architects, the large format retail homemaker centre will include food and drink outlets and retail and showroom tenancies, including Harvey Norman and Domayne and the Harvey Norman’s QLD state offices.

ADP provided the integrated fit-out of the Harvey Norman and Domayne showrooms, the state office accommodation, and warm shell services to all the specialty stores. The project also included decommissioning the existing HV feeder to the Asahi plant as part of an early works package and re-establishing a new chamber substation.

The sustainability initiatives included a centralised low temperature chilled water plant with a 300kw solar array, night purge ventilation systems, high efficiency LED carpark lighting, and smart circadian rhythm LED lighting for the mall and public spaces.
