With a vision to create a world-class mixed-use 5 star precinct in the heart of one of Brisbane’s most vibrant inner city locations, the FV complex is a prominent feature of the rejuvenated Fortitude Valley area in Brisbane. The FV comprises of three towers built above an integrated podium level, with the redevelopment located on an entire block at the western end of Brunswick Street.
While the size of this project has attracted much attention, Tower 1’s expected resemblance to the famous Flatiron Building in New York has also generated excitement. Both The Flatiron and Valley House towers will be 30 stories tall and consist of 650 permanent residential apartments in total, ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 3 bedroom apartments. A communal area on level 6 is also intended to provide residents with a sense of community within FV, as access to gardens, outdoor entertainment areas, a pool, spa and fitness facilities will be offered.
ADP Consulting worked closely with The FV’s developer, GurnerTM, to provide building services design throughout all stages of this project. We had significant involvement in The FV’s development and provided support to ensure that continuity is maintained throughout construction.
