The Lower North Shore’s most sought-after address ‘The Landmark’, is the perfect launch pad to Sydney Harbour and beyond. It has set a new benchmark as one of the tallest residential towers in Sydney.
The 43-storey residential tower, comprising 429 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and “sky homes” with three or four bedrooms, will include a communal area on the ground floor, where access to a pool, spa and fitness facilities will be offered. The 3 levels above ground floor will accommodate commercial office space, while the basement car park will provide parking for residents and visitors alike.
A key aspect of the project was the council-owned Friedlander Place, connecting Pacific Highway through to Nicholson Street, with landscaped amenities and play areas, providing easy access through to a future bus interchange planned by Lane Cove Council. The area is lit with feature lights that blend into the building and help make this a statement piece of the area, with potential to integrate into and expand the Vivid festival up past North Sydney.
Along with public amenity, the building boasts many residential facilities including bookable entertaining spaces, cinema rooms, library, music room, a children’s play area, gym, swimming pool, yoga studio, and virtual golf rooms. All apartments can upgrade to smart control technology with dimmable lighting, tablet or phone-controlled switching and HVAC, and live data on energy usage.
Another challenge was the reticulation of the mechanical services for the retail and commercial provisions, which was achieved by the team through careful coordination with the architect.
Located in the inner-west of Melbourne and within walking distance of Melbourne’s central business district, The District Docklands is a mixed-use development which includes state-of-the-art entertainment, dining and fresh foods precincts alongside a five-star hotel, commercial offices and modern residences.
Ashe Morgan envisions the redevelopment of this waterfront location will rejuvenate this area, providing a community to this previously industrial site.

An exemplar mixed-use community, retail and residential destination, this landmark development will integrate sustainability, health and modern design with the market’s legacy and Melbourne’s famous laneway culture.
The project comprises significant new community facilities, interconnecting laneways and a hotel and residential development adjacent to the $250 million redevelopment of the iconic market.
The site was purchased by the City of Melbourne to protect the market from inappropriate development and prevent a supermarket or large chain stores being built in direct competition to fresh food offerings of the Queen Victoria Market.
ADP are currently providing the engineering design for Stage 2 for PDG which will include 490 Build-to-rent residential apartments, a 110 room hotel and 7 retail / F&B premises on the ground level.
East Brunswick Village is a mixed-use, medium-rise multi-residential, commercial and retail development in East Brunswick in Melbourne’s vibrant inner north. The village has been designed around the concept of an Urban Village with its generous open spaces and amenities welcoming use by both residents and the surrounding community.
Sustainability drivers have sat at the core of the development from project initiation. ADP have considered the environmental impact of all aspects of the development, from the materials used and the way construction waste is managed to the design of systems that optimise residents’ energy efficiencies and making alternative transportation integral to the design. Solar panels, the capture of rainwater to use onsite, and nearly one thousand bike racks are just some of the initiatives that have been put in place.
Other features include specialty shopping, a landscaped piazza, pedestrian mall, office spaces, a Coles supermarket, roof top gardens and cubby house, ample parking for vehicles and bicycles.
The proposed $750m development aims to contribute to the revitalisation of Albion, and will position the site as a community hub that provides new residential accommodation, office space, dining and shopping facilities, including $28.7m of upgraded transport facilities and public access to the Albion train station. These improvements would complement planning currently underway by Queensland Rail for an upcoming accessibility upgrade of Albion train station which could include new platform access with lifts, raised platform sections for improved access and other accessibility features such as hearing aid loop, signage and tactile flooring surfaces.
Design options are currently being worked through to be submitted to Brisbane City Council as part of standard development application processes. Designs put forward by the team will endeavour to respect Albion’s surrounds and support State Government planning objectives for transit-oriented developments including:
- Improved accessibility to the train station
- A mix of residential, retail, commercial and community uses
- High quality public spaces and streets, which are pedestrian and cyclist friendly
To date the ADP team have been working on Stage 1 of the project.
Historically, the Philip Morris Site has always been a place of prominence in the community and Morris Moor will continue the tradition, delivering a transformational 50,000sqm urban precinct to this suburban community.
Comprising of seven buildings and landscaped surrounds, this future forward workplace and community resource will be dynamic and flexible, interactive and diverse. HQ will provide the south-eastern suburbs with state-of-the-art offices, showroom and commercial spaces, hospitality, childcare, carparks and gardens, only 30 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD.
ADP are providing infrastructure services design for the repositioning of the site to incorporate all of its multiple uses as well as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, sustainability and communications across the development.
The redevelopment of the Castle Towers Shopping Centre in Castle Hill, will deliver a world-class retail offering and town centre, transforming it into one of Australia’s most prominent urban shopping centres.
The masterplan for development will include three residential towers, two hotels and an office building atop the retail podium, as well as an entertainment and leisure precinct. The project is targeting 5 Star NABERS Energy and 4.5 Star NABERS Water.
With the Buchan Group leading the design, international architects; UNStudio – Netherlands and Universal Design Studio – London, provided the concept design for the project.
The project is being delivered through multiple stages of works with 10+ different design packages and construction tenders being let throughout the development.
