We are delighted to announce the following promotions; John Vollugi and Marthinus Noyce to Directors, Tim Mitropoulos to Associate Director, Rochelle Fernandes and Sophie Hutchinson to Associates and Sarah McMahon promoted to Senior Engineer.
As we continue to grow, we feel privileged to have such a fantastic team of people driving the best outcomes for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships while, as individuals, providing their own unique flair and personality which has been integral to the growth of our diverse and evolving team.
MARTHINUS NOYCE
DIRECTOR
Marthinus has more than 20 years’ experience spanning a multitude of sectors including commercial, healthcare, industrial, residential, retail, hospitality and education. Throughout his career he has worked in Australia, South Africa and Dubai which has given him a broad outlook from both a contracting and consulting perspective. His international experience has provided the team with a broader insight into innovative and forward-thinking design solutions.
SOPHIE HUTCHINSON
ASSOCIATE
Starting her career in London with a degree in Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics, Sophie brings an international perspective to advise on sustainable building outcomes. Sophie’s passion is driving ADP’s Health & Wellbeing initiative as well as managing our Health and Wellbeing portfolio nationally. Her proactivity and focus has made Sophie a great addition to the leadership team.
JOHN VOLLUGI
DIRECTOR
With his wealth of building services design experience and his extensive work across major projects in the healthcare, retail and commercial sectors, John has been recognised as a natural leader. He is passionate about ensuring the best outcome for our clients through strong collaboration and consistent communication. We are delighted to have John is his new role where he will continue to develop and maintain strong relationships and mentor his teams to continue to deliver great projects.
TIM MITROPOULOS
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
With 30 years’ experience, Tim’s passion to deliver the life safety elements to the places we work, the places we play and the places we sleep, has always been reflected through his exceptional work around fire protection systems. Leading the fire services team, Tim has the ability to embrace any projects vision and deliver the fire design with creativity, flexibility, efficiency and architectural sympathy.
SARAH MCMAHON
SENIOR ENGINEER
Sarah is a determined and enthusiastic engineer. She has a proven ability to deliver high-quality work, with excellent client satisfaction and strong attention to detail. One of Sarah’s key attributes is her passion to meet and work with new people. She is experienced in high-level concept design, working to ensure successful incorporation of client requirements at the early stages of a project, through to final delivery.
