The transformation of the Glen from a suburban shopping centre into a boutique destination will deliver a leading retail and food destination to the community. With a new public square, two dining precincts, the latest format David Jones, new mini majors and international brands as well as cafes and restaurants, this retail destination will elevate both the customer and tenant’s experience.

A fundamental part of the project has been ensuring minimal disruption to the operation of the shopping centre. We achieved this by consolidating multiple existing systems into common systems which assisted in allowing the project to pursue a staged delivery thereby minimising infrastructure upgrades.

The 19,000sqm expansion with total refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing GLA will be delivered as 4 Star Green Star.
