Enjoying rapid growth and increased brand recognition within the Sydney market, Flexigroup, a multi-national provider of financial products and payment solutions, made the strategic decision to move from St Leonards into a more desirable CBD location. To attract more staff and create further brand awareness the business decided to relocate closer to better transport links and to a more attractive space more in line with their corporate identity.

A modern open space, with extensive views of Hyde Park the fitout included 3 floors of meeting rooms, casual meeting areas and offices, positioned away from the Façade allowing the open plan workstations to be positioned to take advantage of the views and Natural Light.

The fit out was completed as a single stage which included early delivery of the comms room to ensure the new office was live prior to the relocation. The relocation from St Leonards to the City was achieved over a single weekend ensuring business continuity was maintained at all times.

With sections of the workspace occupied 24/7, ADP designed a mechanical HVAC system that utilised tenant supplementary condenser water as a more efficient and cost effective solution to after-hours base building air conditioning
